Internal geometry — X-ray
See-through internal view. Left: fluid footprint in plan, true scale (teal); ports show as the wider circles. Right: isometric of the internal void, vertical z exaggerated 3× for visibility. The exterior is an opaque solid block — this is what is inside it.

Description
A single monolithic block for resin SLA with one straight rectangular channel 200 µm deep × 200 µm wide, running the full 58.5 mm port-to-port at mid-height, a solid floor below and ceiling above, and two Ø1.5 mm vertical access bores to the top surface. Footprint 63.0 × 4.5 × 2.0 mm.
The card thumbnail looks different — the geometry did not change. The chip footprint is now 63 mm long instead of 24.5 mm, and the card frames the whole footprint, so the same 200 × 200 µm channel renders as a thinner line at card scale. The cross-section is identical; only the frame around it grew.
Verification
| metric | value |
|---|---|
| Channel cross-section (H × W) — target | 200 × 200 µm |
| Channel length — target | 58.5 mm |
| Footprint (L × W × H) | 63.0 × 4.5 × 2.0 mm |
| Channel volume — analytic (nominal) | 2.3400 µL |
| Channel volume — measured on the model's mesh | 2.3560 µL |
| Δ (mesh − analytic) | +0.68% — uniform 0.4 mm boolean overrun; cross-section exact |
| Void watertight | True |
| Void connected bodies | 1 — bore→channel→bore continuous |
| Chip watertight | True |
| Chip Euler number | 0 — genus-1: one cavity, two vents |
| Min feature vs Phrozen 12K X (px_min = 200/19) | 10.53 px |

All geometry checks run with trimesh (merged vertices) on the exported STLs. See the bundled README for the full method. The minimum-feature rows are pixel counts; for each printer’s process limits, see Hardware and process.
Print adaptation
Target dimensions are what the design aims at; drawn dimensions are what its CAD model is drawn at. Where the two are the same number, no feature was resized to print.
