# chamber_20ul_350um — reference-chip bundle (chamber-chip family)

One stadium reaction chamber, 20 µL at 350 µm depth, with two
straight 0.5 mm feed channels and two Ø1.5 mm vertical access bores, in a monolithic
resin-SLA block.

## Credits

- Design: Ali Tahmasbizadeh, Gale Lab, University of Utah.
- Target: chamber volume 20 µL, depth 350 µm. The stadium is sized from the
  volume and depth: area = volume/depth = 57.1429 mm², width w = sqrt(A/2.5) = 4.7809 mm
(holding the aspect ratio of the 20 µL, 500 µm chamber, L/w = 2.7146), length
  12.9783 mm.
- The ports are straight bores.

**Cross-family consistency:** the same inverse-solve reproduces the target volume to
within 0.023% on every chamber in this family (2.5 / 5 / 10 / 20 / 50 µL, and the
20 µL chamber 500 µm deep). Agreement across a 20× volume range shows the solve behaves
the same at every scale.
